American Academy of Pool Designers members will always provide a contract that accurately details everything verbally promised and represented, including:

All pool dimensions, construction specifications, material specifications, equipment specifications, and warranties on the pool and equipment.
Start and completion dates, deadlines, total costs, and payment terms.
Contain a clause that all insurance policies (general liability, auto, property damage, and workman's compensation) will remain in effect during the entire constructions project.
